Oral Presentation Guidelines

Important Information for ESAT 2026 Speakers:

•  Plenary Lectures: 50 min talk + 10 min Q&A

• Invited Lectures in honour of John M. Prausnitz: 20 min talk + 5 min Q&A

• Oral Lectures: 15 min talk + 5 min Q&A

Please prepare your PowerPoint presentations in 16:9 format and deliver them in person in the designated presentation room, no later than the session preceding your own.

 Kindly follow the naming convention for your file: surname_name_section_time.ppt or .pdf

Poster Presentation Guidelines

 The required format for poster presentations is a traditional printed poster.

 An A0 portrait poster size (841 mm x 1189 mm) is recommended.

 The posters will be exhibited from the 10th to the 13th of May.
