⚠️IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT SHARED ROOMS: Shared (twin) room option is only applicable if each participant indicates the name of the other participant sharing the room. The room will only be reserved and confirmed after both participants have completed their registration and payment. ‼️Students must provide a document proving that they are enrolled in a Master's or PhD's program. This document must be uploaded on the registration platform when selecting the corresponding fee. | ||
Registration Rates
Full delegate package with accommodation: includes conference attendance, all conference materials, welcome reception (Sunday), coffee breaks, 3 lunches (on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), dinner on Monday, gala dinner on Tuesday and 3 nights' accommodation (single room) in Tróia Design Hotel. For an accompanying guest, please see the registration point 3.
Full student package with accommodation (proof of PhD's or Master's studentship required): includes conference attendance, all conference materials, welcome reception (Sunday), coffee breaks, 3 lunches (on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), dinner on Monday, gala dinner on Tuesday and 3 nights’ accommodation (shared accommodation in the Tróia Design Hotel). PhD's students or Master's students will be assigned to a double bedroom with shared occupancy. The students are welcome to be assigned to a double bedroom together upon request. If PhD students wish to have a single bedroom, they must register as regular delegates.
Accompanying guest (shared accommodation with a delegate who paid the full registration, see point 1): includes welcome reception (Sunday), 3 lunches (on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), dinner on Monday, gala dinner on Tuesday.
IMPORTANT
Registration is already open and closes on 7th May 2026. Please register as early as possible in order to secure your accommodation. Rooms reserved for the conference will be released on 15th April 2026, and no accommodation is guaranteed after that date.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND
If a registered participant is unable to attend the event for any reason, the registration may be transferred to someone else from the same organisation, subject to the organiser’s approval.
For any cancellation received until 28th February 2026, an administrative fee equal to 50 per cent of your registration fee will be charged.
For any cancellation received after 15th March 2026, no refund will be made.
All bank charges involved in the transactions are paid by the participant.
Refunds will be handled after the Meeting
It is possible to cancel your registration conveniently in your personal area if you have not submitted any abstract or made any fee payments.

Please note that only after we receive your proof of payment, the payment is processed and confirmed by us, you will become a fully registered participant.
