EXTRA NIGHTS AT THE CONFERENCE HOTEL

For participants who wish to book extra nights at the conference hotel, please note the following:

• Please contact the hotel reservations department directly at reservas@troiadesignhotel.com, indicating that you are a participant in ESAT 2026 and specifying your desired dates.

• Dates outside the official conference period (May 10–13) are subject to availability.

• Room rates for additional nights are €180.00 (single room) and €190.00 (double room).

• Reservations should be made under the same name used for the conference registration to avoid room changes.

• For arrivals on May 9 (Saturday), early booking is strongly recommended due to high weekend occupancy.
